Fehu is definitely a fitting rune for the gold-haired Lady of bounty . The words are very evocative even if the meter is not metronomical . If you want to have a go at the meter again though, I could try to do a little line tweaking here and there for curiosity's and fun's sake, to see how it would turn out - it's something I really enjoy doing. May I play a bit with the words ?
Good grief, I LOVE IT! The meter is completely corrected and uses so much better wording than this version. I may remake this picture with this text, if you so allow, and you can feel free to post your version as a Deviation of your own if you wish.
I'm happy you like it ! Please feel free to use this version with your picture, I'd be honored! I'd love to try to find a tune for it, so the 'Song' becomes complete ...
Thank you for your kind offer! As my version would not exist without yours, my suggestion is I credit you as original author and me for building upon it, if that is allright with you? And I would also love to include it in my poetry collection website, "Odin's Gift" (www.odins-gift.com) if I may ?
they had NO transport-crafts/cars/trains,when the water ceased this crisis happened - but was only just experts in creating plant-life. So they made vegetative brains, and exchanged ideas and high-tech from other high-developed civilizations they knew of.
I did like it. It was like a pre-viking/raiding version of Thor and Sif, and he was a sky god having a love affair with the Goddess of Earth and plenty. Forget the meter- it was good, with good imagery.
Odin was for wily kings, and it is said he became head of the pantheon as war became supreme. Odin was more like Mercury, and his magics were desired. Thor is really like Zeus, and he had a fiery temper, but he was much more steadfast in character as compared to Odin's duplicity.
